Earlier today the world’s largest golf facility, Mission Hills Shenzhen, China claimed a world record “human” QR Code. The QR Code was formed by nearly 2,000 staff carrying umbrellas and the aerial photograph (below) was taken from a height of 270 feet. Mission Hills say it was scannable but I am not so sure. The QR Code is supposed to resolve to a campaign website promoting sustainable eco-tourism and a prize draw. Umbrella QR Codes seem to be fashionable at the moment, like this one last month in Taiwan.
