Tinyurl for QR Codes
As a sabbatical project, Franz Enzenhofer has coded a tinyurl for QR Codes using the Google Code APIs, called miniQR. He has also made available a simple API for miniQR with a HTTP Request version and a JavaScript version. Nice work Franz.
