jQuery Plugin to Display QR Codes for Links

Web developer and WordPress fan Konstantin Kovshenin has developed a jQuery plugin to display QR Codes for links on your webpage. While browsing your webpage a user will see a QR Code as a ‘tool tip’ when they hover over a link. The idea is that if the links are to mobile webpages the user can scan the QR Code right off their desktop screen (demo here).

  1. Very interesting. At first I didn’t understand the point. But once I checked out the live demo and actually used it the potential made sense. Well done. Great post.
