QR Code Fuel Management

Fuel management by connecting a dashboard accessory to the standard on-board diagnostics interface of your car is not a new idea. What’s new with this Japanese device (image below) is that as well as the usual readings of consumption, efficiency, economy, idle rate etc., it will also present QR Codes of the data. These can be submitted to a centralized database where all the parameters can be compared and ranked with others driving similar vehicles.
