Dynamic QR Code on Passport Application

The Canadian online interactive passport application form has a dynamic QR Code that changes as you are completing the form. When you submit the completed application the QR Code contains surname, given name(s), surname at birth, date of birth, place of birth, address of permanent residence and mailing address.
