Bollinger Champagne QR Code Competition

A newspaper’s classified section is not normally the place to find an ad for a grand marques champagne but that may be the clever element of this campaign. Bollinger are running an international competition entitled “Life can be perfect” with QR Coded classified ads in the International Herald Tribune, Le Figaro (image below), The Guardian, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, NZZ, La Tribune de Genève, Dagens Nyheter, Berlingske, Sunday Business Post and The Sydney Morning Herald. There are five once in a lifetime prizes to participate in a private event at a top secret venue in Paris to celebrate the 50th anniversary on July 8th of its iconic cuvée, Bollinger R.D. The QR Code (in the shape of Bollinger’s historic logo) resolves to the competition entry mobile site.
