A new iPhone app ‘codeREADr‘ provides a secure 2d barcode scanner for realtime validation of print and mobile tickets. The developers Skycore claim the app can scan a 2d barcode, read the embedded data, transmit it to their servers and receive back validation results in as little as 1-2 seconds. (Full Press Release)
